Mastering Sales is designed to walk the law student or lawyer through Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Each chapter first introduces the reader to the problem area covered by the UCC sections examined in the chapter, then, after reproducing the Code language, provides a chart outlining the elements in the statutes. A discussion of the issues that arise in the area details how the UCC handles the issues, citing cases where appropriate. Each chapter makes liberal use of examples and hypothetical problems, both simple and complex, which are analyzed showing how the problems are answered by the UCC. a chart summarizing the UCC sections concludes each chapter.
