Professor Neal Feigenson has taught Torts for almost twenty years. He also teaches Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Visual Persuasion in the Law.
Feigenson is the author of Legal Blame: How Jurors Think and Talk About Accidents, and has authored or co-authored more than two dozen articles and book chapters on topics ranging from accident law to the psychology of legal decision making and the uses of digital visual and multimedia technologies in court.
Feigenson is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and a research affiliate in the Yale University Department of Psychology.
