Professor Michael I. Spak received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he was an associate editor of law review, and an L.L.M. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a Ford Foundation Fellow. Professor Spak has published numerous books and articles, and currently teaches at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
