Does BarristerBooks.com sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, you can purchase BarristerBooks.com gift certificates by visiting our Gift Certificate purchase page.
How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
When you begin the purchase process of a BarristerBooks.com Gift Certificate from our Gift Certificate purchase page, you should have the email address of the person to whom you would like to send the Gift Certificate. Complete the purchase form with the requested information and submit your order.
Once your purchase is complete, an email will be immediately sent to that individual's email address, stating "You have just received an electronic BarristerBooks.com gift certificate from [Sender Name] in the amount of [$XX.XX]!" and containing the unique Gift Certificate code, as well as your Gift Certificate message, if you chose to include one. The purchaser of the Gift Certificate will also receive and email confirming the Gift Certificate order.
Your Gift Certificate recipient will then be able to redeem their Gift Certificate on virtually any purchase at BarristerBooks.com!
Is there a maximum or minimum Gift Certificate dollar purchase amount?
Yes. We require that Gift Certificate purchases have a minimum denomination of $10 and a maximum denomination of $500. For Gift Certificates in amounts over $500, please contact us directly at custserv@BarristerBooks.com.
Is there a limit to the number of Gift Certificates I can purchase?
No, there is no limit to the number of Gift Certificates you may purchase. However, our current system is designed so that Gift Certificates must be purchased one at a time.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate I received?
To redeem a BarristerBooks.com Gift Certificate, simply shop online at BarristerBooks.com and, during the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to input your Gift Certificate code. At this time, the system will apply whatever balance you have remaining in your Gift Certificate to your order. If your remaining Gift Certificate balance exceeds your order amount, the excess amount will remain in your Gift Certificate balance for a future order!
What if my order total exceeds my Gift Certificate amount?
If your order total exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate redemption, you must input your credit card information in order to pay the remaining balance not covered by your Gift Certificate.
Can I redeem more than one Gift Certificate on a single order?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, our system can accept only one Gift Certificate code for redemption at checkout.
Is there a way to choose how much of a Gift Certificate balance to redeem on an order?
No, at this point, our system can only apply the entire balance you have remaining in your Gift Certificate to your order. If your remaining Gift Certificate balance exceeds your order amount, the excess amount will remain in your Gift Certificate balance for a future order.
Do Gift Certificates expire?
Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
Can I use a Gift Certificate for an order placed via fax, mail or phone?
