This Bar Secrets: Hidden Issues: Beating the Bar at its own Game contains answers to exemplary fact patterns based on majority law in all Multistate subjects (contracts, torts, property, evidence, constitutional law, criminal law, and criminal procedure), corporations, and remedies, as well as models based on the federal rules of civil procedure and the ABA rules of professional responsibility. These subjects are covered on the essay portion of the Bar examinations of almost all states. In addition, the book contains models in trusts, wills, and community property according to California law and distinguishes California rules of professional responsibility where they differ from the ABA rules.
Each chapter begins with an overview of the models to be found in that subject. Modern Bar essay exams frequently contain questions that span more than one area of law.
